Washbasin Design with DFMA Approach for Covid-19 Prevention

The Covid 19 pandemic makes the need for a washbasin in public place to prevent spread of virus. However, practice available washbasins are still not standardized and ergonomic. So that this study an ergonomic design was tried using DFMA (Design Manufacture Assembly) method. Because method aims improve design. Through method, it is possible produce products with shorter time number components more effective accordance function but have better quality. In there were several repaired, combined removed, did change usability these components. research resulted sink modern, multifunctional, easy use comfortable.
